At Cubex, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange policy within 3 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges – 3 Days Policy
Our return and exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 3 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health & personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Sale or discounted items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider (it may take time to reflect).
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item, email us at info@cubexclo.com within 3 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is approved. If the gift was not marked or shipped to the buyer, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
To return your item, please send it to:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
