Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, please contact us immediately at our Instagram dms or WhatsApp number provided. Once shipped, changes can’t be made.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within Nepal. For international orders, delivery times may vary.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
